Clarix is a business-to-business platform for specialty insurance back-office operations. The site and services are not intended for consumers.
Acceptable use
When using the site, do not:

- Attempt to circumvent technical or security controls.
- Use the site to transmit malware, harvest credentials, or conduct phishing.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute content without written permission.
Demo bookings
Demos scheduled through Cal.com are subject to Cal.com's terms in addition to ours. Information you share during a demo is confidential and used solely to evaluate fit and design a potential engagement.
Disclaimers
The site and any pre-release product are provided as-is. Clarix is in pre-1.0 development. We make no warranties about uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects until a written customer agreement is signed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to $0 absent a separate written agreement. We provide this site on an as-is basis.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Delaware.
