Clarix Partners, Inc. (“Clarix”) operates clarixpartners.com. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Demo bookings. Name and email when you schedule a call via Cal.com.
- Pageview analytics. Anonymized pageviews and referrers via Vercel Analytics. No identifiable user profiles, no cross-site tracking.
We do not sell, rent, or trade visitor data.
Subprocessors
- Vercel. Hosting and analytics.
- Cal.com. Demo scheduling.
Subprocessors process data only on our behalf and under contractual obligations consistent with this policy.
Cookies
Vercel Analytics uses cookies to count anonymized pageviews. We use no third-party advertising trackers and no cross-site identifiers.
Retention
Demo booking emails are kept for 24 months unless you request deletion. Pageview analytics are aggregated and not tied to individuals.
Service scope
Clarix is a US-only B2B service. The marketing site is hosted in the United States. We do not market or sell to consumers.
Your rights (state residents)
If you live in California, Colorado, Virginia, or Connecticut, you have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We don't sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising. To exercise these rights, email peter@clarixpartners.com.
Your data
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing peter@clarixpartners.com. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
